A pair of claws wielded by the Ashen Lunacestus Kitone, taken up after her old weapons had at last worn and shattered. Wrought from a rare, previously unseen metal found by Mont and his Ashen Army during their interdimensional travels. This incredibly strong and resilient material, which displays a beautiful red sheen after patient polishing, is now incorporated in the equipment of all legions serving under the Ashen King. Kitone adopted this weapon to make use of the martial arts techniques she learned under the Crystal Warrior Perrene, which have now become her preferred means of fighting. Its long blades are lighter and swifter than they appear, and with her newfound hand-to-hand prowess, Kitone is able to use these qualities to their deadly fullest. A receiver embedded in its ornamentation enables it—and weapons like it—to receive magical energy directly from Mont, allowing Kitone to access a part of the immense power bestowed by the Core Crystals. It also acts as a communications device, enabling Mont and his people to interact even when far apart.
